Hotel location, I can walk to the National Museum and many restaurant very closed to hotel.
After I arrived the hotel, the room that I selected didn't match with the picture which is show on the web site, it's totally different. Therefore, I would like to change the room that mentioned in the webpage. Unfortunately, it fully booked on that night. I must stay that room all night. on the next day, I add money ten bucks to moving the room the shown on their website. I feel better.
Just the location. Nothing else. Even the cheap price doesn't really fit such a low level of service and room capabilities.
The hotel staff was always busy with something and not helpful at all. We asked to change 1 room because the given one didn't feel really clean and there was a smell of cigarettes there (we asked for non- smoking rooms in bookings). A bit later our friend was willing to change their room too because of the same problems. The receptionist give our friends the room that we returned to them at the beginning, not cleaned yet. That was a terrible service. The rooms are very small, and a litlle bit old / not clean, no place to hang/put your clothes. Wi-fi was not working.
The location is terrible, the sorroundings are horrible. The neighbourhood where it is located is desorganized, full of trash. The room smelled terribly, the tv didn't work at all and the staff was not very friendly. We had to go seek for another hotel to stay in.
When we arrived we checked in, nut they arre renovating so we could only access 1 of our 3 rooms which wasnt fully fully finished (we were fine with this tho) we booked a standard air consitioned room (a pre req for my friends) yet when we received all 3rooms later in the evening no air conditioning worked, the showers are a wet room where the entire room is soaked as there is no curtain (close your toilet lid!) but the receptionist came and put on a massive show that as all 3 connected rooms werent working the system must have a fault and the engineer would look in the morning. in the morning we went to rebook a second night only to be charged from our original $14 on booking to a whopping $25 per room we were then informed by the same smiling girl that no our air-conn wasn't broken she just turned it off as they had put as in more "expensive rooms" due to the fact they were full (we booked 3 months in advance!) and we hadn't "paid for it" our multiple tuk tuk drivers all laughed at us when we gave them the address turns out its known by the locals as a sex hotel where sleazy old men rent rooms by the hour with poor local girls.... not a pleasant stay as the sheets were also dirty and the pillows where separated hard lumps (in all 3 rooms at least 1 pillow) but stay here if you want good location and dont mind seeing a few "dodgy couples" walk in and dont mind staff that will cheat you out of every dollar!
great location, within 5 minute walk to royal palace. simple, clean hotel, good value for money
this hotel does not have a swimming pool!!
The location is very good. Really close to temples, museum, the Royal Palace and the night market. The staff is really friendly and helpfull, speak good english and french. They help you organise everyhting you need.
There were a work in the building. The room smelled like dust and the walls were durty.
friendly, helpful staff- they can speak basic english and we had no problems.
the rooms were fine, they could do with modernising, especially the shower area. This hotel is fine for a low budget- you get what you pay for.
Location very near to tourist area.
No hot drinking water, toilet light very dim, I think they haven't complete renovate the toilet yet. Air-con take long time to cool down. TV signal no good, cannot see clear picture, no desk phone to call to reception.
As they were installing a lift it was very noisy throughout the day. Was first given a large room, the next morning we were waken by pounding and drilling and had to move to a room where there was less noise but was a lot smaller. Beside a food market which was interesting to see but was a bit mad in the area so wasn't the easiest to navigate your way to the riverside.
Only food and good service in thе restaurant. Food is very tasty. Hotel is not far from the Palace and markets. Polite service staff
But the room is awfull. I suppose it was a wrong number because there are two staircases: front and side one (vеry small narrow and unpresentablе). They suggest us go through narrow. ) The room is not as in advertisement photoes in Booked.net. Very old room , be in need of repair, quite dirty in thе bathroom, approximately 15 sq. (Not 21 sq.m), wi-fi does not work, cockroaches in the shower. No arm-chairs, no cupboard, no working table , no slippers as promissed. Besides I can not demand to move us to the other room, because wi-fi did not work and I could not check the photes and descriptions and show it to the receptionist. The girl at the reception tried to help us with wi-fi. But no effect. Please check the conditions of this hotel. The thing is not in money 15$ not a problem, the hotel was as a transit for us on our way to Siemriep, but it was really unpleasant surprise.
aNice lobby good location a few streets from the river front. Staff okay Room furnishing a bit dated and disappointing. Poor lighting TV not functional. AC and Shower worked great. Room on the 3 floor was good enough. Wifi worked well (a bit slower than average). Good value for the price.
Anya was excellent along with the rest of the staff. Kun our guide driver a great asset
The bloody stairs different riser heights to different levels.
Strong Wifi, clean rooms, free water.
We had to check out three rooms before we found one that didn't smell like smoke. A bit loud if you're on the street side of the hotel.
Its location. And the big room.
The fact that the aircon dripped, that the mini bar fridge was not working, that the poor receptionist was so sick with flu she could barely function, that the cement from recent building hadn't even been cleaned off the steps and that the walls were so thin that the people moving the furniture (bed) around in the next room - thumping the bed against the wall actually ... woke me - was rather awkward and horrid. That the staff while being apologetic about the leaking aircon which had trashed my sons ipod did absolutely nothing about it - not even check to see what was wrong.... Not our best experience.
The room is clean and big. The beds are comfortable. The bathroom is fine. Nothing exceptional but nothing to complain about. No charm. Good value I believe for the price.
The bath has no curtain to take a shower - water goes all over the place. There is noise from the streets and from the other rooms early in the morning. Hotel looks bit old.
